Litigation Support

When contracted, Ms. Blackburn provides support for her own appraisals for litigation purposes. She also provides Appraisal Review services to help the client understand an appraisal from another appraiser.

She has served as a Tangible Personal Property Special Magistrate for several counties within Florida for the past four years. This experience has proven essential when reviewing appraisals by other appraisers.
